When will my order arrive?

Every order you place at SWJ is produced and finished by real people, not shuffled off machinery, that takes time! Please allow 3-5 business days for the creation of your piece plus transit time.  

*Please note that rings are custom made to order and take up to 2 weeks to create and finish.

*DOMESTIC SHIPPING: If you select standard *FREE shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped with tracking via USPS First Class Mail, and takes 3-7 business days to arrive and is not guaranteed. Priority Mail will arrive slightly faster and typically arrives within 3-4 business days but is also not guaranteed.
In light of the current delays that USPS has stated on their website, we have decided to offer UPS shipping for customers that want their order fast with guaranteed delivery. Consider upgrading your shipment to UPS at checkout as we cannot guarantee delivery by any other means.

International Shipping & Customs Policies

Due to International delays in shipping transit time, customs delays, and lost/delayed packages, we are offering delivery through DHL EXPRESS and UPS INTERNATIONAL. 

We are not experiencing any delays with DHL, packages arrive within 4 days!

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For international orders shipping to the EU/UK, we are currently offering DHL Express, this does not include VAT fee’s (taxes and duties) assessed by your country and are in addition to your order. Once customs officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay any charges so that the shipment can continue to move toward its destination. Indicating that items are a “Gift” or having your order sent to a different address in the same country does not mean the fees are waived, these “Gift” items are also assessed fees by your country. We have no control over these fees and because they are constantly changing it's impossible to determine what they may be.

We do not guarantee delivery times on international shipments due to possible delays in Customs and the current COVID situations that vary greatly from country to country. 

Note: Although rare, some packages can be detained in customs for up to 45 days. Please understand that we are happy to ship International orders but have no control over such delays!
