When will my order ship?

Every piece is finished by hand, to order, in our Ohio studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order, plus transit time. We ship Monday through Friday.

Delivery times are carrier estimates and start once your order ships. A faster method shortens transit time, not our 3–5 day preparation time. Need it by a certain date? Email us at hello@shannonwestmeyer.com before you order and we'll do everything we can.

International orders

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Lost, late or damaged packages

Tracking sometimes doesn't update until a package is delivered. If yours shows delivered but hasn't arrived, check with neighbors and family, then contact your local post office or UPS. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email us with a photo and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns of non-custom, non-personalized pieces within 30 days of purchase.
Pieces must be unworn and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email hello@shannonwestmeyer.com.
Refunds go to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned gifts receive store credit.
Sale items, custom orders and personalized or engraved pieces are final sale.
To exchange, return the original piece for a refund and place a new order.
Wrong chain length? Contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Chains must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
