We believe in extraordinary customer service and want you to be happy with your purchase.
You may return your non-custom jewelry item within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit.  Items must be in "new" condition upon receipt and undamaged in the original box to be eligible for return.
We will refund the purchase price to the original method of payment minus the shipping costs, unless the error was ours, we are happy to return the shipping fees.
We are also happy to issue a store credit which will go to the purchase of another item in our store.
Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.

Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your return was a gift, we will issue you a store credit.
