7% sales tax will be added to all Ohio orders.  


We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.  Please keep in mind that each piece is handmade to order, so please allow up to 8 business days for us to make your jewelry even though we strive to get them out much sooner. We do our best to accommodate all need by dates, if you have a special request you can leave it in the comments section of your order. Once your order leaves our studio you’ll receive a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. Transit times vary depending on your location and we cannot be responsible for shipping times and cannot guarantee your item will arrive by a certain date.  All of our packages are shipped using USPS mail and include tracking and insurance, please see approximate transit times below once your order leaves our studio.

All packages shipped via USPS mail.  PLEASE NOTE, purchasing expedited shipping does not change our production times. We offer the following options:

USPS First Class Mail:  Arrives within 3-7 business days after leaving our studio

USPS Priority Mail:  Arrives within 1-3 business days after leaving our studio

Please be aware of how your country handles international mail and any taxes, duties, VAT or handling fees as Shannon Westmeyer Jewelry is not responsible for additional fees charged by your country. Your package will be marked as “merchandise” and will include the retail value of the contents. We cannot mark the package as a gift or reduce the value marked on the customs label.

USPS Priority Express:  Arrives within 1-2 business days after leaving our studio

USPS First Class International Mail:  Transit time varies depending upon your location and your countries Custom’s Policy. We are unable to track packages once they leave the U.S.

USPS Priority International Mail:  Transit time varies depending upon your location. Each package includes tracking and insurance and can be tracked in most countries postal systems; however, there are some countries that do not provide tracking.

In the rare occasion that your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please Contact Us or e-mail us directly at info@shannonwestmeyer.com right away so that we may assist you in locating it or providing the necessary information to help you submit a claim to the carrier. 



A meaning card is included with each wax seal that explains the seals origins and heraldic meaning / symbolism. They are beautifully packaged and placed in our signature linen bag and make quiet an impression as a gift! It's all in the details here and receiving a Shannon Westmeyer package is quite an experience!


We believe in extraordinary customer service and want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return your non-custom jewelry item within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit.  Items must be in "new" condition upon receipt and undamaged in the original box to be eligible for return.  

We will refund the purchase price to the original method of payment minus the shipping costs, unless the error was ours, we are happy to return the shipping fees. We are also happy to issue a store credit which will go to the purchase of another item in our store.

Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.

Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your return was a gift, we will issue you a store credit.

Should your jewelry break within 90 days of purchase, we will repair the piece at no charge to you.
