Our Custom Glass Beads

All of the artisan glass lampwork beads are hand-crafted one at a time in our studio. They are of high quality and are not mass produced, each one is made in the flame of a torch one at a time. All of our glass beads, unless otherwise indicated, are made on 1/16 mandrels leaving a 2mm hole for stringing. They are digitally kiln annealed to reduce the internal stress that causes breakage, this ensures durability and strength that will last a lifetime. Our beads are custom made and available in limited quantities.

**Glass beads are not intended for children under 12 as they can be a choking hazard.

Custom Bead Orders

We do accept Custom orders when time allows and will work with you to make what you envision. Please understand though that Custom orders can be time consuming and must be fit in around our regular work load, they can sometimes take up to 3-4 weeks possibly longer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your custom handmade beads & jewelry! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Items must be in "new" condition upon receipt. We will gladly refund your money for the item, but you are responsible for all the shipping fees.

Availability

Our glass beads are custom made to order and ship within 5-7 days, but occasionally when a set becomes popular it will go on back-order. We will let you know as soon as possible if this happens. For larger orders 8+ sets, please allow an extra week or two for processing. Once you place an order we'll get in touch with you and give you an estimated delivery date.

Shipping

Standard shipping for all items is First Class Mail at a flat rate of $3.00 and .50 for each additional item. USPS priority shipping is also available at a flat rate of $6.00. Your glass beads are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and will arrive safe and sound. Additional charges apply for International orders. Please note that purchasing Priority shipping does not speed up the processing of your order, it simply arrives 2-3 days sooner dependant on your location. If you have a "need by" date please let us know so that we may accommodate you!

Local Customers

You can purchase your item here on the website and select "Local Pick-Up" for your shipping option. Leave a note and we can arrange a pick-up time.

Wholesale

A limited number of wholesale accounts are available with a valid resale license. A minimum number of sets is required. Email us at info@shannonwestmery.com for more information! We are happy to help you pick out a selection of jewelry and/or beads that will best suit your needs!
